Refund policy

We want you to have a great experience with Makaio. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns of opened, consumed, or used products.

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product is delivered in an unusable condition.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at makaio2326@gmail.com and include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened food products
  • Consumed products
  • Products with damaged packaging after delivery
  • Orders returned without prior approval

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive the wrong product or a damaged product, we may provide a replacement at our discretion.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
